Who we are

This service is run by Reed Yoder Designs LLC ("we", "us"). It builds and hosts a simple website for a solo massage therapist, from the answers you give us.

What is included

For the setup fee and the monthly price you get:

• A website of four pages (Home, Services, About, Contact) plus a privacy page, in one of two looks, that you can switch at any time.
• A private admin where you edit your text, prices and photos, preview changes, publish them, and undo a publish.
• A forms and print kit: printable client forms with your name and logo (health history and intake, informed consent, policy acknowledgment, prenatal, minor and add-on consent, mobile visit agreement, photo and testimonial release, and SOAP notes), plus business cards and a review card. The forms are general templates, not legal or medical advice; check they suit your state's rules before you use them.
• A launch kit: a checklist and guides for Google Business Profile and Square bookings.
• A built-in library of photos you may use, and room for your own.
• Hosting, a security certificate, and a simple monthly visit count that uses no cookies.
• Your own domain name pointed at the site, if you have one or want one. The domain stays in your name.

Price and billing

There is a one-time setup fee of $195 and a monthly price of $15 a month, plus Hawaii general excise tax, which is added at checkout. Both are charged when you go live, the setup fee together with the first month, and then monthly.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. You can update your card, see invoices, and cancel from the Billing page in your admin.

Setup-only website handover

The setup-only option is a one-time $195 payment (plus Hawaii general excise tax) for the finished website files and a guide to hosting them on your own account and domain. It does not include ongoing hosting, editing, forms, print materials, the launch kit, or maintenance. The files are a static snapshot; dates and calendar information do not update themselves. Changes after handover can be arranged with us as a separately priced job.

The download link is available for 30 days after payment. After that, the working copy held by this service is deleted. You are responsible for downloading and keeping a copy, and for setting up and paying for any hosting or domain account you choose.

The free preview

After you answer the sign-up questions you get a free preview of your website at a private-looking address (not listed in search engines). The preview lasts 30 days.

We email you a reminder on day 21. If you have not gone live by day 30, the preview, the text you typed and any photos you added are deleted for good. You are welcome to start again.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Billing page. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The setup fee is not refunded. When you cancel, your site keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for; after that it follows the same steps as an unpaid site (next section).

If a payment fails

If a payment does not go through, Stripe emails you and your admin shows a banner with the date your site will pause. You have 30 days to update your card.

If the payment is still failing after 30 days we pause your site. Visitors then see a short "back soon" page with your name, phone number and booking link, so people can still reach you. Nothing you wrote is deleted. Update your card and your site comes back right away.

What you take with you

If you leave, you keep:

• Your domain name, which is registered in your name.
• The photos you uploaded.
• All your text. The "Download my content" button in your admin gives you a file of everything you wrote and your photos.

What stays with us

The website template, design and code stay ours. Photos from the built-in library are licensed to the service. You may use them on your website while you are a client, and in the website files you receive with the setup-only handover.

Your content

The words and photos you add are yours, and you promise you have the right to use them (including any review you quote). You give us permission to show them on your website and to store and back them up for you.

You are responsible for what your site says, including your license details, prices and health claims. Please do not publish anything misleading or unlawful. We may take down content that is.

Visitor data

Your website does not collect or store anything about the people who visit it: there is no contact form, no cookies and no advertising. The visit counts in your admin are cookie-free, anonymous totals (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and the Book-tap count is a plain monthly number our own site keeps when someone taps a Book link. Neither records who a visitor is, their IP address or their device. Your booking, gift-card and intake links go to other companies' sites, which have their own rules.

What we cannot promise

We work hard to keep your site online, but we cannot promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes and the law

We may change these terms. We will email you before a change that matters, and you can cancel if you do not agree. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Hawaii.
