What this page covers

This is about the sign-up and admin service run by Reed Yoder Designs LLC, not about the websites it builds (each of those has its own privacy page, and they store nothing about visitors).

What we keep

We keep only what is needed to build and run your website:

• Your email address, and the answers you give in the sign-up questions (your business details, services, prices, photos you add).
• While you are signing up, your unfinished answers are kept for up to 7 days so you can come back to them. If you never confirm your email, they are discarded.
• Your website's text and photos, with the earlier versions you published.
• A record of your billing status and Stripe customer number. Card details are held by Stripe only.

Who else sees it

We use a few companies to run the service, each only for its own job:

• Cloudflare hosts the service and stores your content, and its Turnstile check helps keep automated sign-ups out.
• Stripe takes payments.
• Resend delivers our emails (sign-in links, confirmations, payment and preview notices).
• Our typefaces are hosted on our own servers, so no font company receives a visitor's address.

Cookies

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your place in the sign-up questions. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Unpaid previews and everything in them are deleted after 30 days. If you cancel, you can download your content first; we remove it when you ask, or after a reasonable time following cancellation. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can see and change your content in your admin, download it, or ask us to delete everything. Write to info@reedyoder.com.
